# Finley and James River Company

> This is a 27 acre upscale campground that centers around the river front access and canoe, kayak, and floating business. This is renovation of an existing business called Hootentown that has been operational close to 40 years. The feel for this will be similar to that of Bass Pro Shops Long Creek Marina. We will use traditional color pallets that represent a rustic Ozark Mountain vibe. It will be family focused with food trucks, a playground, and beautiful river scenery. There will be 50 RV site
